Mr. Mohammed serves as Chairman of the Board and Co-Founder of Miyar Capital. He brings more than 18 years of professional and executive experience across investment, financial management, and real estate development. He also serves as Managing Director and Chairman of the Investment Committee at Al Zukri Holding Company and sits on the boards of several companies. Previously, he served on the boards of several public and private companies, including Alandalus Property Company. His experience also encompasses the establishment, management, and participation in various real estate and investment funds, as well as contributing to the development of investment and growth strategies. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, majoring in Finance, from Alfaisal University, with distinguished experience in structuring and executing investment deals and financial analysis.

Mr. Ghassan Abdulrahman AlThukair

Mr. Ghassan Abdulrahman AlThekair serves as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Miyar Capital, which he founded in 2020. He brings nearly 20 years of professional and executive experience across investment management, asset management, and financial markets. His career combines executive leadership with extensive investment expertise, with a focus on business development, operational efficiency, asset growth, and the development of investment strategies that support sustainable growth. Prior to his current role, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Darfin Capital and held the position of Senior Fund Manager at Al Rajhi Capital. At Alinma Investment, he served as Head of Private Portfolio Management, Manager of the Alinma Saudi Equity Fund, and Acting Head of Asset Management. Earlier in his career, he worked at Albilad Capital as Senior Financial Analyst and Head of the Asset Management Research Team, with responsibility for covering the banking and petrochemical sectors. Throughout his career, Mr. AlThekair has developed extensive experience in establishing, developing, and managing investment and real estate funds, managing investment portfolios, formulating investment strategies, analyzing financial markets, and driving business development and growth within the financial services sector. His expertise is complemented by a strong background in executive leadership and financial institution management, including strategic direction, business expansion, institutional performance enhancement, investment product development, and the evaluation of market opportunities. Mr. AlThekair holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Saudi Arabia. His professional background combines institutional leadership, executive management, investment expertise, and financial analysis, supporting his focus on business development, value creation for investors, and sustainable growth.

Mr. Mashary Muslim AlShaman

Mr. Mashary AlShaman is a Chief Executive Officer & Board Director with more than 20 years of leadership experience building investment platforms, strengthening governance, and driving strategic transformation across investment management, healthcare, manufacturing, and entrepreneurship. Experienced in leading organizational growth, developing long-term strategy, allocating capital, and governing publicly listed companies, national initiatives, and early-stage ventures. He is passionate about building institutions, developing leaders, and contributing to Saudi Arabia's long-term economic transformation with board and committee experience and currently serves as a Board Member of Miyar Capital Company, a Member of its Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Chairman of its Executive Committee, as well as a Board Member and Executive Committee Member of Alandalus Property Company. He also serves as a Board Member and Audit Committee Member at Sehati for Information Technology Services. Mr. Mashary AlShaman holds an MSc in Management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, an MBA from Alfaisal University, and a BSc in Finance from Prince Sultan University. He has also completed executive education programs in corporate governance at Columbia Business School and real estate management at Harvard Business School.

Founder of Mujaz Financial Consulting, he has worked for several prestigious financial institutions and has diverse experience in several fields, including investment consulting, product development, valuation and financial modeling, real estate investment, and investment funds. He is a board member of several investment funds. He also holds an MBA from the University of Portsmouth, UK, and a BA in Finance from Suffolk University, USA.

Mr. Ayman Mansour Aleidan

He heads the position of Financial Investment Manager at Badel Al Khair Trading and Real Estate Establishment, and has over 10 years of experience in financial investment management and business development. He previously served as Acting CEO and Head of Brokerage at Emirates NBD Securities, in addition to leadership positions at Bank Al Bilad and Fransi Finance. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Medical Sciences from King Saud University, along with several specialized certificates in financial management and investment planning.

Mr. Abdullah Saleh AlHamed has been serving as the Chief Executive Officer of AlZakary Holding Company since February 2026. He brings nearly 27 years of experience in investment and financial sectors, covering asset management, investment banking, DCM, ECM & M&A activities, and investment advisory. He previously held senior positions at GIB Capital, HSBC Saudi Arabia, Banque Saudi Fransi, and SABB, including serving as MD and Head of Asset Management and Business Development at HSBC Saudi Arabia Ltd. Mr. Abdullah AlHamed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from King Saud University obtained in 1999 and holds professional licenses in financial planning and wealth management issued by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) since 2007.
