Nabil Zulfa

Holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cairo University in 1986 and a Postgraduate Diploma in Islamic Studies from the Higher Institute of Islamic Studies in 1988. He has over 29 years of experience in the banking and financial sector. He worked as a broker and special finance operations manager in the Investment Department at Al Rajhi Bank from 1992 to 2000, where he worked in various investment areas, such as currency and precious metals trading, and was responsible for currency financing operations, metals trading activities, and Murabaha contracts with the Treasury for major clients. He also evaluated investment funds operating in the commodity and local and global stock markets, balanced funds, and real estate funds. He worked as a financial analyst in the Brokerage Department at Al Rajhi Bank from 2000 to 2006, where he was responsible for Murabaha financing contracts with shares, a Shariah auditor for local and international stocks, and evaluating client portfolios. He served as Director of Offering Services, managing the offering process at Al Rajhi Capital from 2006 to 2022, where he managed the offerings of several major companies in the main and parallel markets. He has completed numerous financial, accounting, and technical courses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
